The rights that Jefferson is talking about is that WE THE PEOPLE have the right to throw off any type of government that is being destructive and not been productive. and it also "unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."the government comes from THE PEOPLE. the people have the right to elect anybody and throw out anybody. THE PEOPLE give the power to the government.
